Follow-up Appointment
Follow-up appointments can be scheduled by calling the office. As a courtesy, we will call you to remind you of your appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can fill out the form below or call the office to reschedule. Please be aware that cancellations do require a 24 hour notice. There will be a fee for any cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations
To better assist you and to help you avoid late cancellation charges, you may email us to reschedule an appointment. However, the 24 hour notice for cancellation still applies. Thank you and we look forward to helping you.
Neuropsychological Testing
Appointments for Neuropsychological Testing require scheduling a 4 hour block of time to start the intake process and begin the testing procedures. Typically an additional 4 hour block of time is necessary to complete the comprehensive testing process. After completing the testing a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to review the findings and the written report.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
To schedule an appointment for TMS, call (310) 276-4003 and ask for Jill Kandora. After obtaining some basic information from you, we will schedule an in person consultation at our office to provide more detail about the TMS treatment process. Following the consultation with the TMS Coordinator, you will be scheduled for a psychiatric evaluation with Phillip Bowman, M.D. who will determine your TMS treatment plan.
